Refund and Return Policy
This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds and returns related to in transit damage.
Eligibility for Refund and Return:

Refunds and returns are only applicable to products that have incurred damage during transit.

The damage must be reported during Proof of delivery being acknowledged by the customer during delivery. Failure to report on Proof delivery at the time of delivery may result in the claim being denied.
Reporting In Transit Damage:

To initiate a refund or return request for in transit damage, please contact our customer support team at the time of PoD.

Provide all necessary details, including the order number, description of the damage, and any supporting evidence such as clear photographs or videos.
Verification and Approval:

Easy Build customer relationship team review the reported damage and supporting evidence provided.
If the damage is determined to be a result of transit, Easy Build will initiate the refund or return process.
Refund and Return Process:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns may be requested for damaged items. In such cases, Easy Build will arrange for the collection of the damaged product at no additional cost.

If a replacement is available and desired by the customer, Easy Build will make arrangements for the damaged item to be replaced.
Conditions for Refund and Return:

The damaged item must be in its original packaging (if applicable) and returned in the condition it was received.

Easy Build would reserve the right to deny a refund or return if the damage is deemed to be a result of mishandling or improper use by the customer.
Timelines for Refund and Return:

Once the damage is verified and the refund or return request is approved, Easy Build will strive to process the refund within 7 business days.
